    • Once people arrive to your website, you have 3-5 seconds to grab their attention and answer the following 2 questions:
    • Can you help them?
    • How can you help them (what's your process)
  • Preemptive positioning
    • You need to have a clear stance of your principle and your non-negotiables that you have when working with your clients.
